Why We Started

Orthomedics Gym & Fitness was founded on a simple but urgent observation: most people in Kenya were living with preventable foot pain — and most didn't know it. Whether from ill-fitting footwear, long hours on hard floors, or the demands of an active lifestyle, the impact of poor foot support ripples upward through the knees, hips, and spine. We set out to change that.
